Probate Partnership offers a low-cost, efficient probate service for the purpose of administering Estates in England and Wales.
We understand that at a time of bereavement or loss, focusing on the administration of a loved one's estate is difficult. Costs and expenses are very important these days and you will find that our inexpensive charges are probably the most competitive you will find.

Scale of charges
1. We charge £1450* to obtain a grant of representation and administer Estates up to gross value of £500,000**.
2. We charge £2000* to obtain a grant of representation and administer Estates up to gross value of £725,000**.
3. We charge £2500* to obtain a grant of representation and administer Estates up to gross value of £1,000,000**.
4. For estates with a gross value in excess of £1 million, we would be pleased to provide a written estimate on request
5. We charge £750 to include VAT and any incurred standard disbursements where probate or letters of administration are not required but beneficiaries need assistance in dealing with the affairs relating to a small estate.
